Jigsaw24 took lease of their new space to create a busy service centre for their new revenue stream. We were challenged to create a highly effective and engaging hub, within tight budget and programme constraints.
A blank canvas and high quality landlord Cat A fit out, meant our clients budget can be spent on all the fit out features and finishes they need to perform their best work. As our client engaged with us at an early stage, this meant we had time to delve into our clients needs, whilst completing high levels of due diligence and condition surveys, to understand the building logistics.
Having a deep understanding of our client’s needs and the building make up, our design and delivery team worked in tandem to carefully select and curate competitive products and construction methods. Working closely with our supply chain partners and involving them at every stage, we managed to maximise the budget, obtaining best value. Blending creativity with commercial sensitivity, the whole team are reaping the benefit of a workspace which is practical, healthy and inspiring.
