Chauvet lighting is a major innovator, developer and manufacturer of lighting and control systems. Chauvet had outgrown their dated unit, which wasn’t providing the best environment for the staff to thrive. With a need for high quality office, warehouse and tech development space, we rose to the challenge of creating a dynamic space for their future innovations.

Challenges

Chauvet require a large amount of specialist power feeds to enable them develop, design, test and maintain their specialist equipment. Chauvet also need both high quality office and warehouse space, which can be difficult to achieve in 1 building. In order to achieve both, their chosen building came as a shell, without any heating, cooling , ventilation or sufficient electric capacity.

Opportunities

The blank canvas meant we were able to create fully temperature controlled and ventilated spaces, that have been perfectly set up for their specilaist needs.

Solutions

Split over two floors, we were able to create high quality and incredibly functional development, training, testing and warehousing space on the ground floor, with high quality open plan workspace, meeting rooms and breakout area on the first floor. In addition, we designed and installed a new A/C and ventilation system to allow each specialist area to be fully controlled to ensure the most productive environment was achieved.
